Carlos J. Molina obtained his bachelor degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering in 2012 from the Autonomous University of Yucatan. During his bachelor he attended to a summer Ph.D course at the Technical University of Denmark. In 2013, his bachelor thesis was recognized with the national award “Ing. Alberto Urbina del Raso” for the best bachelor thesis in the Chemical Engineering field by the Mexican Institute of Chemical Engineers.
In 2014 he graduated from a Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship from the Northern Institute of Technology Management, Hamburg, Germany. Additionally, nowadays he is finishing a Master in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering at Hamburg University of Technology, Germany. He is performing his thesis, focused on the biomedical field, at the Fraunhofer Institute for Interfacial Engineering and Biotechnology, Stuttgart, Germany.
His main interests are education, applied biotechnological research, and high impact entrepreneurship. With a special emphasis in social entrepreneurship in the pharmaceutical and biomedical sectors.
